the transcript was too long
the whole thing is both ridiculous and horrible! What are corrupt cop! Maybe he was doing something shady in that lot or was high or just plan crazy

Yeah that cop sounded like he'd had too much to drink or something. I'd have questioned his motives in court or something, especially if I hadn't done anything wrong.
He was way too high strung.
