I wouldn't buy one at the moment since I could get a few dozen books for the same price and books are less prone to be damaged. Besides the offer of dutch books in digital format is very limited.

I'll wait for affordable, flexible polymer screen e-readers. :P

I'd be interested in getting one, only cause instead of having to constantly switch out book, after book, after book when I finish one in a day, and for those 700 pagers like Acheron and Harry Potter seven. Well it'd easier to carry the same size and weight around always.

Then i'd be like hmm, what do I want to read today? Teehee.

Unless it doesn't work that way, then I'll be like pooh and not get one :)

Funny you should mention that particular reader as the ad that flashes over top of this page is of the amazon kindle

's not that much funny about it. It's just smart programming/advertizing. These ads will scan web pages for known words and show advertisements of that. :P

And doesn't anyone else enjoy the sight of a library of books being stalled out .. or is that just me? :D

*Blows raspberry at Zan* Killjoy, I thought it was funny. :P

*Grins* Then again, I find everything somewhat amusing in it's entirety.

Besides, I already figured out that's what it did, but it was still ironic in it's own way.

*Tilts head* What's stalled out?

Stalled out is a bit too literal/liberal translation from dutch to english  ... just meant displayed.
