It was hard for me to name this topic, how would you name techniques that use shape of your astral body, and natural behavior of your energy?

I would like to talk about your "incarnated techniques." How did you came up with them, how do you use them, what else can you tell us about them?

I will be first. I would like to mention my "signature" technique, it looks like energy strings coming from my arms (they take the shape of white/silvery strings), and I use them for scans by connecting them to the person I'm scanning, or I can absorb through them "know how," emotions, and can feel the some other body (or object) as my own.

Than there are "energy tentacles" that come from my back (just thicker versions of strings), and I use these for interacting with my surroundings in more invasive method. For example if I connect them to somebody I can change his/hers energy system "form inside," it can be quite useful for healing on both physical and astral planes. But on the other hand this way I can just snap connection here, turn off chakra there and mess up somebody, unfortunately thanks to one other specifics of my energy this form of attack is highly unlikely to influence most beings (or I'm just missing out something).

I have this 3 pairs of ribbon-like streak, I like to call wings, coming out of my back, I tend to use for various things.
It's like instead of using hands or something I use that.

Shielding, attacking, random stuff.. Whatever I find it fitting to do, I use it.
But most of the time I have it hidden or something because they can cause backache which is unpleasant.

I'm just an energy worker. Never stuck to many trademark techniques, wherever my energy is sent, it goes .. at least within and around myself, or those I'm connected with. I don't really have a set 'astral' body either, it becomes whatever I feel like. It can be human in appearance, angelic, draconic or just a gigantic cloud of energy floating among the stars.

I've used energy shields, tentacles, bonds, wings, weapons, ... of which only the wings and armblades would be remnants of past memories.

Tis the fun thing about energy, your mind/imagination is the limit.

I don't think I've ever used any techniques.

Unfortunately as many know for years, I've been trying to unlock my own energy to use it towards helping/healing others. Unfortunately being so isolated, I've mostly only learned how to use it to protect myself or ground myself when I have to do something I particularly don't want to do but am honor bound to do.

I've found dance movements, mostly the slower, or more fluid motions pull off my energy almost perfectly. It's like literally finding harmony in usually erratic and chaotic energy. As I once told Zan, I even tried those avatar movements of the water elements and it was like flowing water, or energy totally.

I figure getting back to my routes of being trained as a martial arts fighter will give me a connection to past memory of the techniques I could do so easily, that in fight or flight mode, I can just do them. However if I'm trying to do them consciously, uhh yeah, I look like a very odd bundle of moves.

*Holds up a fist* One day I shall get my energy to flow right and not just totally all out of sync with the rest of me, or suppressed to only me.

You should try to find some decent tai chi class. It's energy work, motion, meditation and martial arts combined into one.

*Smiles* I intend to of course. I was like all right, I'll take tai chi, now who teaches it. Then someone told me there are over 100! different forms of tai chi and my jaw dropped and I had to go into more research.

Which one works for me, and which won't. lol

Although I'm mad. There's a free seminar on tai chi near where I work and it's at 11:30am on Friday, and that day I has to work 9am to 5pm. Go figure

Suppose another time

Don't bother looking up the styles .. it's useless. There are as many styles as there are teachers. Just find a class, try it to see if you match with the teacher. If not, try another until you find one that matches.

Tis field research you need, not theoretical research .. the latter doesn't work with martial arts.

*Pouts* Aww, but I so enjoy doing theoretical Research j/k

As soon as I get extra money and my traveling done. I need to visit somewhere, I get antsy staying in a place that's not entirely home to me though it holds the label.

I intend to go to different classes, or dojo's and hope some are near me. So I can see if I can get in a class.

I have a feeling if I can get my energy in a more aligned way and less chaotic, then I'll be able to do 5 times more than what I can do now and that old skills I had will surface and I'll be able to wield them again.

What i can use now is a pale comparison to what I could do in past lives and less of what I've been able to do in this life until my energy got skewed, heh.
