It's not that I have one that needs to be in this section, or I believe someone here will have one that warrants it being in this section, but it's some kind of precaution that makes me feel the need to put it here. That and I guess it sounds like the kind of conversation that would lead to that. But aanywaaays.
Some of you probably already know what scar I'm thinking of. I try not to blame my stupidity on it. Ta-da:
(see picture below)
I suppose it's minorly Harry Potter like in appearance. However I obtained mine by facing a much larger enemy. The corner of a brick wall of an 8 storey apartment building ^ v ^;. I was 7 or so years old and racing my parents from the car to the entrance. And somehow I looked over my shoulder to see if they were on the chase, and looked forward just as my adversary smacked into me. I was told I bled a lot and worried the hell out of my family. Mearly a flesh wound . . I guess. We'll assume. I don't blame it for any problems I may or may not have ^ v ^;.
So anybody else have any interesting scars with stories? No pictures needed.

I have one on my left eyebrow too. My ex roomate was drunk, I was asleep and he though i had stolen the beer, when he had just put it in the freezer to get colder. Well he woke me up by pummelling my face.

I don't think I have any visible scars right now, since I heal pretty well and have light skin.
Did get a nasty wound on my forehead as well though .. similar story to that of yours actually, Snaps. Only it was playing soccer with a soda can in the rain with a friend. It was after art class and my mom hadn't picked me up yet so we played around a bit. Since it was raining everything was a bit slippier than I thought and somehow I fell .. right against the corner of a wall. Shook it off and continued playing until I ran my hand over the 'bruise' and saw it was covered in blood.
The funniest thing about it all was that it all happened just next to a hospital .. so I was walking into the ER a minute later to get stitched up.
My nastiest scar was on the back of my hand though. A second degree burn gotten in a contest of 'who can hold their hand over a candle the longest' ... I did win and got a nice big scar in the middle of my hand as a trophy. Took almost a year before it healed completely. Silly games.

I don't have that many scars visible thanks to blessed dark skin However there's two I can think of off the top of my head. One's a burn scar on the back of my right wrist. When i was maybe two, I was much too aware for my own good. My mom had been ironing by the bed to watch over me cause I was sickly a lot back then. The phone rang and when she went to answer it, she told me not to touch the iron. Me, being curious cat that I half am, wanted to know what it felt like. So I pulled the cord and it fell on my hand. Next thing I know my mom is rushing back and applying butter, as she didn't know what to use back then to treat burns. It looks like a shadow across my hand and not really done by an iron, heh. Second everyone mistakes for an attempted suicide cut. In hot car during summer, waiting for my mom to come out of dmv and for whatever reason trying to get some tape off this roll. It was one of those clear tapes with the sharp edge and the tape that doesn't want to get cut. I was pulling on the tape to try and get it loose, when my sweating palms, slipped up the dispenser and it went straight into my wrist, right above my vein. Hurt like the dickens, but wasn't that deep, but still it scarred. I just hate everyone always ask, did you try to cut yourself? I'm like no, but since it's a vague memory with the tape, noone believes me XD
