Used this recipe for Thanksgiving and some other family dinners. Works pretty well, if you DON'T use the meringue part of the recipe.
The meringue most likely needs to be broiled instead of baked, cause otherwise you end up with a half cooked egg on top of an otherwise tasty pie.
The rest of the instructions go well, if you follow them to a T and make for a delicious and easy to create dessert.
