There are many ways to create a Monte Cristo sandwich, which is basically Turkey slices and swiss cheese between two french toast pieces all melted together.

I always thought it'd be more complicated to make for some reason. Anywho, for those who think it sounds an interesting try let's see if we can get a good recipe going

French toast first (Unsure how those who like and make french toast make theirs, but here's how I do mine)
2 Eggs
Teaspoon Cinnamon
Teaspoon Sugar
Pinch of Vanilla and salt

Cook lightly on outsides, turn over
add swiss cheese and turkey on side of toast that's already cooked
Make sure Cheese is melted and turkey's hot, before topping it off with the other piece of french toast.

Make sure all is melded together and Done
