This weird ability is one I've recently had an experience using, albeit accidentally.

Figured share it, see if anyone else has ever had something like this happen to them.

One late night on irc. I came across a friend. She was terribly distressed and I helped her out the best I could. As my mind tuned into her energy more, she asked me why I didn't ask where she was, as was my usual custom I hadn't realized I'd done. So I told her I didn't need to ask, as I figured she wasn't at a family owned store, but at home. She asked me what else did I feel? Feeling the usual uncertainty about any of my abilities, I told her, I can't do on demand, cause it rarely works. She persisted and so I sighed and gave it a try. Closing my eyes I relaxed and let her emotions and personality come to me. I began spouting off the feelings I felt, but was shocked to see a television flicker and a bedroom. Surprised I immediately opened my eyes and paused a moment, unsure of if that was my imagination or if I'd actually seen something about a tv. So I spoke to her about it, and was like, all your emotions and something about a tv. She was like oh, you noticed the tv. I was like yeah I saw a flicker of light that looked like a computer or tv. And she was like, she was watching Battlestar galactica while being on mobile messenger. I was surprised, didn't think I could do remote viewing, especially not trying for remote viewing, but yeah.

That's my tale. What are your views on remote viewing, or any other abilities might have accidentally used or known about.

i'm sure i have engaged in remote viewing in the past quite often though it's been quite fuzzy and i don't actually remember a specific moment

i don't try much anymore and tend to leave things alone generally....would be nice to formally test it out again

*Nods* It's mostly the same with me. Sometimes I felt like I could do so in the past, but was never 100% certain. So never really thought to focus and try it.

Which is why I was surprised to learn I was right at seeing the weird image of a tv. Heh.

I hardly use my abilities unless a reason, cause they generally work on their own, whether i say to or not. Just recently seems when around otherkin, and getting more relaxed with abilities, that they work more accurately.

So yeah, testing it out I plan to sometime in the future, for now I'll just be happy I have an ability I can do. LOL

do you have any specific technique you could share?

Not really, my technique is usually just through emotions and empathy.

The freer my emotions, and more relaxed I am, the better chances are of abilities working. Not forcing them as usually that's when they go absolutely blank, hence why doing it on demand never works for me.

A lot of the abilities and times I can do energy work, just comes from breathing exercise to relax my mind or fall into immediate relaxation without going through steps of meditation. Had to learn that while being at work or cause always in some stressful situation or environment, don't often have time to sit and meditate, so instead worked on way to immediately drop into tranquility if focused enough. So yeah, no technique, just working on ways to relax and clear the mind, heh.
