As I continually remember recipes I love, figure might as well just make a topic so all can go under here.
Banana Pudding will be my next posted recipe, just um, gotta find it first.
So yeah, post any fun recipes for anything

I like those baked portobello mushrooms with cheese! Will post a recipe once I find it
It's pretty easy to make you, you wash and remove the stem of a portobello mushroom, mix up some grated cheese, chopped garlic and breadcrumbs...and fill the mushrooms..then bake! probably for 20 minutes

Mm, that sounds good and very easy to make. I'll make that with a friend of mine, whenever I visit her. Heh I like those stuffed green peppers. Like meatloaf stuffed in a green pepper. Soo very good. I'll rummage around online and see if there's a recipe for that as well, though I think it's basically like making meatloaf and stuffing it in a green pepper. Heh

Parmesan Pork Roast
Ingredients:
1-2lbs pork roast 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp salt/pepper mix 1 tsp minced onions (fresh or dried) 2 cups mixed veggies (I used a mix of peas, carrots, corn and green beans) 1 bakers potato, sliced into chunks 1 yellow potato, also sliced 2 tbsp butter/margarine (optional)
Preheat oven to 350
Make sure you have a pan big enough for your roast and veggies!
Put cheese and spices into a mixing bowl, mix well. Then spread it out on wax paper and roll your roast in it until its completely covered. Then place it into the roasting pan, adding your veggies and potatoes around it. Don't forget to add a cup of water after you put in all your ingredients! Don't want the veggies and potatoes to dry out too much.
After oven is preheated, cook roast for 40-50 minutes, or until the internal temp is 155-160 degrees.
Serve with rolls or french bread! Yum!
I actually had this for dinner about ten minutes ago. Turned out great.
