It was just a waist scarf I bought as a souvenir at the faire.

Though I do intend to collect some harem pants, and one of those really jingly tops. The harem pants more for room for training purposes, but the rest is just cause it's pretty and I like things that sparkle, move, make a very harmonious noise

I had other reasons for the outfit outlined in theory, but had to throw those blueprints out. Hehe

Though I do like the waist scarf. May try to use it and take up belly dancing for fun. Heard it's great for stomach abs

It's very pretty..would look nice over jeans I think

I think the jingling would be the only thing that would throw many off of wearing it.
