i'm a unicorn otherkin. i've awakened for 5 years now. i'm seferin. after my awakening, i started to to feel phantom limbs such as a horn and a tail. i explored my unicorn kinship carefully. before my awakening, i always felt different from everyone else. i knew that i had to find out about myself. then after my awakening, i knew i was a unicorn in spirit.

I'm not sure on this, but is Seferin your name or a type of unicorn? Are there types of Unicorns or like the universal one horned unicorn?

I've always liked the mystical unicorns, though I really couldn't say why. Probably same fatuation with horses I guess.

Anywho, hope to see your opinions around.

well Nightwolf, seferin is my name and my unicorn species is shadowcorn. shadowcorns are black unicorns that come out at night from their caves to graze on grass. some shadowcorns have umbrakinesis and some don't. anyway, some shadowcorns are evil by choice and some are good by choice. the way shadowcorns turn evil is by either the smell or taste of blood. most would rather commit suicide than turn evil. that is why shadowcorns are rare.

What's umbrakinesis? My brain is thinking umbrella's, so thought I'd ask to clarify.

Well that definitely learns ya something new. I always thought unicorns had to be white horses, though I do know most horses with wings are pegasus's and not unicorns cause some don't have horns.

Can unicorns not have horns? And last question for the night, what series of creatures led you to unicorn?

I know for most therians it's like the base species that's similar. Such as dogs for myself, but it always seemed wilder and then I was always drawn to wolves spiritually, and so on.

well, umbrakinesis is shadow manipulation. not all unicorns are white, that's just a stereotype. shadowcorns are black unicorns. horses led me to the unicorn.

It's always unique when you find out what you are, or are closest to.

So what sort of shadow manipulation and why do the shadowcorns need it? Is it survival? Like a dabble in the dark arts?

Sorry if you were a witch I'd be questioning to. Never met one, so want to learn as much as possible.

What sort of things are you interested in, learning or otherwise ^_^
