If you could live anywhere, and in anything, what would it be?

Want a castle in the black forrest, modest home in the rocky mountains?

let your imagination wander. Tell us your dreams. :)

I'd take a nice little cottage, hidden away between the treeline near a mountain lake. A few hours walking away from the nearest village and away from any roads or paths.

Castles are too big to keep clean unless you have an army of servants.

i don't care really, unless it's with my mate...my dream home is wherever my mate is in whatever dwelling!

but all that aside, i would like to live in a large mansion with white columns in a beautiful seaside location...not a castle, they're nice but don't want to live in one..they contain too many memories and often have very bloody pasts....prefferably in a town or city, i can't live without my wonderful luxurious and convenient amenities..and by god, it has to have a hot tub

oh and i wan't an army of servants to wait on me hand and foot! :P...like as soon as i wake up one person comes into my room and places my slippers on the ground before my foot touches it, another hands me a silk robe and as soon as i walk out a third one gives my my glass of milk on a sliver platter....many maids to brush my hair and things....couple of cooks...oh and a butler! i;ve always wanted a butler :P...as long as he doesn't murder me lol

so in terms of dwelling my dream home would be an obscene extravagance :P

Well, of course doesn't have to be a castle, just some people would like a castle. But I agree, need too many to keep clean or warm.

I've talked about it enough on msn, but if I could I'd love to live in a house from a past life set amongst a pasture, with a forested mountain in the background. Tall grass to run in by moonlight and far away from civilization for peace, and so they can't hear me howl :)

In it would have my 26 breeds of dogs I plan to dedicate my life to, and accomodations for any visiting friends. I'd like to hire a cook, as I tend to only get hungry when other people cook, and maybe someone to help once a week with gardening as plants don't like me. :P

As long as it's near a forest, near some trees and my house I'd be good. Just able to be free :)

Yes ... very romantic to live in a modest house, where light candles, and in the rocky mountains, and wolves roam. :D

*Grins and wavels* Ooh a new face. :)

You always gotta have candles for your home, especially as most regular lights are harsh on the eyes.

I thought about the rocky's as one of the main mountains towering near me, is along the chain. Would be fabulous at night ^_^

I'm a bit paranoid about candles on or near wooden furniture or flammable things

Hmm, that's a good point, but they do make those oil candles now.

So if it's knocked over, it'd immediately be blown out, or one would hope.

However, candles are for when you're awake not sleeing :D

You should watch out for candles because they are planning to take over the world for like.. It's 5years now I think so..

Oh and they bite!

And my dream house. Hmm.., lemme see. I think that they house I live in is quiet good and I have everything I need here so I don't really have a dream house. But then if I come up with something I'll be sure to post it here ^^

*Grins* If candles tried to take over the world, we'd be doomed. Candles are everywhere.

Dangit, my minions are discovered!

Now I have to do that thinking thing again and actually come up with a new gloriously infallible plan to take over the world. Bah.

Zan you're too nice to be evil. If I could have a dream home anywhere it would be right where I live now in Canada. I'de love to have a ranch with tons of horses.
